The other weekend, I was itching for an adventure that was nearby + wouldn't cost much (post grad probs amiright everybody?!). I kept hearing so many things about this place called The Last Bookstore (note- not actually the last bookstore), but I wasn't sure if it was worth driving into downtown LA for. Then I was told it has a $1 used book section, bookshelves organized by color, and giant stacks of what I can only describe as book art. Anddddd then I was sold. If you're ever in LA looking for a rad place to wander around for a bit, this is the place. I mean, does anyone else find wandering through book stores strangely relaxing?!
